Htc Droid Incredible Battery

There is no way of being able to use a smartphone o any portable device without a charged battery. Next you'll see some of the batteries you an get for your HTC DROID Incredible, to use as a spare or as a replacement, be it a standard sized battery, either one with an extended capacity. Watch out though, because the extended capacity ones can also be thicker, and this means you will have to use a special door to keep in in place and to prevent any dust and dirt to get in the phone.

Most likely your first stop would be on amazon, or other similar stores, from where you can get this OEM battery with a standard capacity for about $5 – reduced from $45. Not only the owners of an HTC DROID Incredible can get this one, but the owners of an HTC myTouch 3g Slide or of an HTC EVO 4g as well. Its capacity is of 1300 mAh, and it uses Li-ion chemistry – which is pretty much the standard for these products.

However, why don't you choose this extended capacity battery made by Seidio? It sells with the cover we mentioned in the beginning, its capacity is 3500 mAh, and its chemistry is Li-poli which is actually superior to the the traditional Li-ion. The case features the rubberized finish of the Seidio cases, which offers a better grip on the device. Expect to pay at least $40 for one of these, though their regular price is about $60.

You can't find a smartphone battery with a higher capacity than 3500, but you can find with less, and you must also know that most of them are made by HTC. The charge time depends a lot on both the capacity of the battery, but on how much you use your handset as well.

Blackberry Flip

There is no person not to know the smartphones designed by the Canadian brand, RIM. The main feature of these handsets is that they have a QWERTY keyboard, which makes it really easy to type messages and new contacts' names. We also all know that these platforms come in a candy bard shape, so there is no way one can find a flip BlackBerry, is there? As a matter of fact, one can find some models which are clam shell like – the BlackBerry Style 9670 or the BlackBerry Pearl Flip 8220.

Starting off with the BlackBerry Pearl Flip 8220 because this is a discontinued model, first released in 2008. Its main feature is the half  QWERTY keyboard, the second, external display and its trackball navigation. The main screen measures only 2.6′, but it is not a touch sensitive one, so its size will not disturb.

This GSM platform can use a memory card of up to 8 GB, which is pretty good, especially when we consider the 2 MP camera which can be put to a good use.

The BlackBerry Style 9670 is not very new because it has been released in 2010, but you can still find it in the stores – just make sure you use a CDMA carrier. Because the camera installed on this handset has 5 MP, one will wish for more storage – and hopefully the 16 GB which is compatible with the device will do the trick. A great advantage of this platform is that, while folded, it occupies little space in the bag or pocket

Just like the other model, here you also find an external display, the BlackBerry OS; in a different version, and both models also have a document editor, and a media player – the newer model can play more files than the older model.

Samsung Galaxy S Epic

When one hear Samsung Galaxy S Epic, they will become confused because there are actually 2 devices released under this name, but one of them is, in a way, a predecessor to the other one. These 2 devices are the Samsung Epic 4G and the Samsung Galaxy S II Epic 4G Touch, both o them are working under the CDMA network, and both can be found at the US carrier Sprint.

The first difference one will notice in these 2 handsets is that the earlier model, the Epic 4g – released in September 2010 – has a QWERTY keyboard which is missing on the later model, which was released 1 year later. Another pretty big difference comes from the presence of the radio on the older model, and its absence on the newer model.

Continuing with the differences between these 2 smartphones, we have to mention the on hand storage which is 16 GB on the Epic 4g Touch and almost non existent on the Epic 4g – there are only 512 MB ROM on it. 512 MB also represents the system's memory on the earlier model, while the newer one has 1 GB RAM.

The differences continue with the cameras installed, even though they are 2 of them on both devices, their quality and resolution are different. The older model has a 5 MP and a VGA one while the newer model has an 8 MP and one with 2 MP. The operating system is the Android, but there are different versions: the Eclair and the Gingerbread for the older and for the newer one respectively. One can, however try and upgrade both versions, to the latest Android version released.

The screen on the newer version of the Epic smartphone is not also improved – super AMOLED plus capacitive – but it is also bigger: 4.52′ versus 4′ of the older Epic.

How To Install Games Onto Samsung Galaxy S

Everyone wanting a smartphone, may want it for their possibility of having many games installed, well, as many as the hardware would allow. However, for someone who didn't own a smartphone before, installing or doing anything on it will prove to be a challenge, but nothing is impossible. Installing a game on a smartphone is actually quite easy, especially because there are many instructions to be found out there.

The easiness of installing a game on a smartphone depends also on the operating system installed on it – the Samsung Galaxy S is a device operated through the Android OS, and this means that one has the Google Play as a game source. The steps on installing a new game on your Galaxy S smartphone are as follows:

- you first need to create an account in the Google Play, formerly known as Android Market, and you also need to provide information on payment payments.

- access Google Play on your device, to make things as easy as possible.

- then you need to search for the game you're interested in and check the compatibility with your device's hardware.

- if the game is compatible with your Galaxy S, then you can just tap the install button. If you have to pay for the game of choice, then you may have to confirm the payment, and then you're done!

Of course, one can find some games for the Android OS on other sites as well, and if they trust the site enough, they can install from there as well. The upper side would be that those games could be full and free of charge games, but the down side would be that one would have to download the game to their PC and then to sync the Galaxy S smartphone. This is a little bit more complicated operation, because the file representing the game has o be in the APK format, otherwise it won't work.

4G IPhone Price

If you want to buy the iPhone which is compatible with the 4G data speeds, then you must buy the iPhone 4s, which is the latest released phone from Apple. The iPhone 4s can be used on both the GSM and the CDMA networks without changing the device. This is important when you want to buy it, because the CDMA network should be activated, and because some carriers may not even have the 4G technology implemented yet, depending on the area.

At AT&T, one can get the iPhone 4s either refurbished or as brand new, but the prices don't differ much from one model to the other, but you have to visit a offline store for the price of the unlocked version The refurbished ones are slightly cheaper with $50. The 16 GB refurbished iPhone costs $159 while the brand new one costs $200 – this is the price regardless on how you buy it, and the situation for the higher storage iPhones is the same and the offer is only available online.

The second US carrier selling the iPhone 4s is Verizon. The prices on the Verizon's website are probably the same ones you'll see in their offline stores. What is truly shocking here, though, is that for the iPhone with a contract, we can find the same price as at AT&T. The difference comes from the fact that there is no refurbished model to speak of.

If you are to cross the ocean over to the United Kingdom, you can get the iPhone 4S from Vodafone, and you can choose a plan for 12, 18 or 24 months. Here, the more you will pay per month for your plan, the less you have to pay for the device when you buy it. For instance, for a monthly bill of £62, in a plan for 2 years, you an get the device for free. For the 12 months plan, the most you have to pay is £339 for the device and £36 for the bill. The full price of the iPhone is £499.
